🔗 Sage Design System

As the leader behind our company’s first-ever design system, Sage, I spearheaded the effort to bring order and consistency to a rapidly growing application. With the complexity of our app and the number of cross-functional teams contributing to it, it became clear that a unified framework was essential to ensure scalability and maintain a high level of quality.

Under my leadership, we transformed a scattered, disconnected codebase into a cohesive design system and component library. Sage introduced a foundation of reusable components and design standards, achieving 100% team adoption and dramatically improving efficiency, consistency, and collaboration. By automating workflows and streamlining the way teams build, Sage has become the backbone of our product development process.

🔗 Global Rebrand Implementation

I led the end-to-end process of implementing Kajabi’s global rebrand, ensuring every app surface reflected the new brand’s look, feel, and voice. This initiative required significant updates to our design system and seamless cross-functional coordination to align teams and prepare for a successful launch.

By driving alignment across design, engineering, product, and marketing, I ensured that every detail of the rebrand was thoughtfully executed and consistent. On launch day, we delivered a flawless release with 0 rollbacks and received resounding approval from our customers, solidifying the impact of this effort.

🔗 Strategic UX Vision

I led the creation of Kajabi’s strategic UX vision, providing a clear roadmap for delivering exceptional user experiences at scale. This comprehensive initiative included developing foundational design principles and practices, defining measurable KPIs, and creating execution plans to align teams across the organization.

Through this vision, we established a shared understanding of what great UX means for our company, empowering teams to prioritize user needs while driving measurable business outcomes. From improving usability to aligning design and engineering processes, this strategy has become a cornerstone of how we deliver value to our customers.
